Project's partners
The SoliFoodWaste project is carried out by a consortium :

HTS is responsible for steering the project, setting up the processing workshop, part of the collection of unsold products, and for managing the production and sale of processed products.
HTS is also in charge of the dissemination and communication of the actions. After 3 years and more than 300k€ of dedicated studies, HTS is strongly committed to bring this project to a successful conclusion;

The University of Angers is a multidisciplinary French university in the west of France. It has a wide range of training (435 diplomas) and an international network of more than 300 partners.
The teachers-researchers working on SoliFoodWaste are attached to Polytech Angers, the internal and multidisciplinary engineering school of the University of Angers. The skills provided are those of Polytech such as quality, innovation and industrial engineering, building safety and food security. Students from Polytech Angers will participate in the project through application projects and internships. They will also be made aware of disabilities and food waste.
Other skills brought to SoliFoodWaste, such as environmental assessment and the social and solidarity economy, are related to the research activities of the project team.

POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ – PLS, based in Brussels, is an independent European think & do tank committed to a united and sustainable Europe.
As part of the project, PLS will carry out a Europe-wide assessment of food waste recycling and will manage a dedicated stakeholder group as well as dissemination actions across Europe.

ETA TRAVIE is a company adapted to Belgian work. TRAVIE employs 335 workers in two areas of expertise: the food industry (production) and the supply chain.
TRAVIE will monitor the project and study the start of these activities on its ideal geographical location within the Belgian and European capital.
